First step: The landlord reads and confirms the disclaimer regarding our website

Third step: The landlord enters the details of his property

Fourth step: The landlord uploads pictures of his property to our site

Fifth step: The landlord is redirected to Paypal where the purchase is made and then redirected back to our site for confirmation. From this point, the landlord can be assured that all administration has been handled by yourplacemarketing from organising viewings to agreements of signing contracts


Q: What is the tenant find process?

A: Once confirmation has been received, we send the property details to our portal partners whereas we endeavor to advertise your property on all these sites within 48 hours. Once there your property will be seen by millions of tenants nationwide. A tenant can contact us either from our website of from the portal enquiry forms. Once we receive an interest tenant, we organise the viewing arrangements and administration from there onwards.


Q: Who are our portal partners/what sites will my property be advertised on?

Q: How long do we market your property for?

A. Absolutely. You can advertise your property for FREE on our site. You upload your property details as usual with one main picture, then we will leave this available for our tenants to view. If any tenants are interested in your property, we will handle the administration - no obligations. If you have a property, there is nothing to lose by advertising for free with us.


Q: As a new landlord, where can I get appropriate documents to start the rental process for my property?

A: First, you should use our service to find you tenant. Once found, you can download our free tenancy agreements and inventory here. You can also find other documents which might come in handy in the future e.g. standing order mandate, notice to quit etc


Q: How can I save money with my utilities e.g. gas, electricity, phone?
